Shannon brings over 25 years of experience in Healthcare Information Technology (HIT), specializing in aligning clients’ business needs with innovative technology solutions. She has played a key role in transforming traditional Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) companies, enabling them to scale and support multi-site, private equity-backed practice management organizations. Prior to joining Legacy Health, Shannon served as Director of Product Services and Implementation at edgeMed Healthcare.

Outside of her professional life, Shannon is an avid outdoors and ocean enthusiast. She enjoys activities like fishing, lobstering, and stone crabbing, and is dedicated to ocean conservation. She also values spending time with her family and exploring the U.S. and abroad through travel.
